To have a constant healthy weight you should have a healthy life style and not go in for weight loss diets which are fads and promise quick reduction in weight. Instead change your lifestyle to one which helps you to maintain the right weight without having to resort to weight loss diets every now and then. True this is easier said then done, but with a little discipline it will become a way of life and you will not find it a strain later. Check out your eating habits and where you are going wrong with them. Often people avoid breakfast, which is the most important meal of the day, because they are hard pressed for time in the morning. A change in lifestyle would mean giving yourself a little more time in the mornings to eat a good breakfast. Instead of white bread and products made of white flour change to multigrain and wheat products. Have fruit in place of a dessert and cut down the use of oil to the bare minimum.
